TECHNICAL SOFTWARE SALES ASSOCIATE [POSITION FILLED]

Sales Associate that will generate and capture software sales outside the organization. The main task involves generating sales by securing new clients and customers by telephone, email, social network and internet communication or by onsite visits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and generating new business opportunities through outbound initiatives.
  • Executing the entire sales cycle (from lead qualification to closure) for a cloud-based SaaS product and Server Software
  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within the prospect community
  • Creating proposals
  • Supporting sales operations

Compensation:

  • This position has two options for pay which are Base + Commission plan or Commission only and includes a bonus schedule as reward for good sales performance.

Education and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years Technology/Software sales experience desired.
  • Ability to learn and communicate the software to a client.
  • Ability to self-generate leads, and follow up with demos of their own.
  • Degree in sales or marketing related field from an accredited institution.

LEVEL 1 TECH SUPPORT/PROGAMMING INTERN [POSITION FILLED]

2-5 years email/phone tech support experience desired, experience with IIS and Visual Studio preferred. Ability to answer customer questions in a prompt and professional manner. Will be trained to support SelectSurvey.NET software (hosted and server versions).

This position has a possiblity for promotion to LEVEL 2 Tech support and/or Programming for troubleshooting and coding bug fixes, or new features.


IIS7 knowledge

  • Ability to configure .net 4.0 or higher web application for customer
  • Ability to setup database connectivity to web site

Visual Studio 2012, C#.net web forms application

  • Ability to use Visual Studio Debugger, run application locally with client database to troubleshoot problems.

MS SQL 2008/2012:

  • Queries
  • Import/export
  • Remote troubleshooting
  • Upgrading
  • Backup/restore
  • Connection strings / permissions
